南京大學(xué)馬克思主義學(xué)院2022年招聘公告

 一、學(xué)院介紹

南京大學(xué)馬克思主義學(xué)院具有優(yōu)良?xì)v史傳統(tǒng)，是立足江蘇、輻射全國的馬克思主義理論研究和人才培養(yǎng)的重要基地，是全國重點(diǎn)馬克思主義學(xué)院、江蘇省優(yōu)勢學(xué)科。學(xué)科實(shí)力雄厚，在新時(shí)代中國特色社會主義理論與實(shí)踐研究、中國傳統(tǒng)倫理道德思想的創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化研究、馬克思主義發(fā)展史研究、國外馬克思主義社會理論前沿研究、中國共產(chǎn)黨與中國政治發(fā)展史等方向上形成了鮮明的特色。學(xué)院擁有一支高水平的教師隊(duì)伍，總體規(guī)模約80人，其中長江學(xué)者特聘教授2人，四青人才1名，中宣部思想文化青年英才1人，教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃4人，江蘇省333 高層次人才培養(yǎng)工程3人，教育部“擇優(yōu)資助計(jì)劃”2人，江蘇省社科英才、優(yōu)青6人，江蘇省高校思政課優(yōu)秀青年教師“領(lǐng)航揚(yáng)帆”人才計(jì)劃4人。

 

二、招聘崗位設(shè)置

南京大學(xué)馬克思主義學(xué)院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事馬克思主義理論、黨史黨建領(lǐng)域各主要研究方向的優(yōu)秀青年人才到學(xué)院工作。本次招聘崗位助理教授不超過10個(gè)，準(zhǔn)聘副教授不超過5個(gè)，特別優(yōu)秀的高層次人才崗位另議。招聘研究方向包括：

1. 馬克思主義基本原理研究

2. 馬克思主義發(fā)展史研究

3. 馬克思主義中國化研究

4. 國外馬克思主義研究

5. 傳統(tǒng)文化與思想政治教育

6. 習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國特色社會主義思想研究

7. 中國近現(xiàn)代史研究

三、申請條件

1. 遵守中華人民共和國法律和法規(guī)，熱愛教學(xué)科研事業(yè)；

2. 具有良好的師德師風(fēng)，恪守學(xué)術(shù)道德，勤勉工作，無犯罪記錄，無違反師德師風(fēng)和學(xué)術(shù)道德懲處記錄；

3. 一流的學(xué)術(shù)背景：具有相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的博士學(xué)位，具有一流教學(xué)科研機(jī)構(gòu)的學(xué)習(xí)、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉相關(guān)領(lǐng)域國際前沿的研究動(dòng)態(tài)。其中助理教授要求博士畢業(yè)從事學(xué)術(shù)研究兩年以上；準(zhǔn)聘副教授要求博士畢業(yè)從事學(xué)術(shù)研究四年以上；

4. 出色的教學(xué)能力：應(yīng)具有能夠勝任本專業(yè)核心基礎(chǔ)課程和前沿課程的教學(xué)能力，掌握良好的教學(xué)方法，具有較強(qiáng)的語言表達(dá)能力；

5. 突出的科研成果顯示度與未來科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯?yīng)有相關(guān)研究方向的成果顯示度，對相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域有原創(chuàng)性觀點(diǎn)，未來研究計(jì)劃思路清晰，具有較好的學(xué)術(shù)潛力。

6. 具有一定的思政課教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)且同行和學(xué)生評價(jià)優(yōu)秀。

Tenure-Track Faculty Positions

I.The School of Marxism

The School of Marxism at Nanjing University has a glorious historical tradition. It is a center for Marxist theory research and personnel training based on Jiangsu province and radiating to the whole country. It is one of the national key Schools of Marxism and possesses a key discipline of Jiangsu Province. With strong discipline strength, it has formed distinctive characteristics in the research of the theory and practice of Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the New Era, the Research on the Creative Transformation of Chinese Traditional Ethics and Moral Thought, the Research of the Development History of Marxism, the Research of Marxist Social Theory, and the Research of the Communist Party of China and the history of Chinese political development.

 

II. The Positions

The School of Marxism plans to recruit outstanding young talents who are interested in working in the fields of Marxist Theory and CPC’s History. The application is open to scholars from all over the world. There are vacancies for 10 (maximum) tenure-track assistant professors and 5 (maximum) tenure-track associate professors. Higher positions for particularly outstanding scholars are available and application will be considered individually. Specific fields of research open for recruitment are:

(1) Basic Principles of Marxism

(2) Development History of Marxism

(3) Sinicization of Marxism

(4) Marxism Research Abroad

(5) Chinese traditional culture and ideological and political education

(6) Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for New Era

(7) Modern History of China

(8) CPC's history and building

 

III. Conditions for Application

The applicant should

(1) abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and have a passion for teaching and research;

(2) abide by the ethics of teachers, uphold academic integrity, be willing to work diligently, and have no criminal record or record in breaching the ethics of teachers and/or academic integrity;

(3) have a first-rate background in academic training—specifically, a PhD in relevant disciplines, experience in studying and/or working at first-rate teaching and research institutions, and knowledge of the latest international trends and development in the relevant research field(s); The applicant for tenure-track Assistant Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than two years after receiving the doctoral degree. The applicant for tenure-track Associate Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than four years after receiving the doctoral degree.

(4) have outstanding teaching abilities—the applicant should be able to teach core and frontline courses in the corresponding discipline, and have sound teaching methodology and strong verbal skills;

(5) demonstrate outstanding research output and potential—the applicant should have publications in his/her field of research, original ideas about relevant fields of research, a clear vision about future research plans, and good potential for further academic development.

(6) Have certain ideological and political course teaching experience and peers and students have excellent evaluation.
